Mini-Micro Build Challenge

I made this build for a challenge on the Sim’s forum. You can find the thread here 🙂

The basic premise is that you have to build a house with an area no bigger than 25 squares for under 20,000 simoleons! That includes the lot price!

There are themes to follow but I decided not to.

Anyway, here’s my first mini-micro build!
